This evening, June 6, 2018, weather-permitting, we will be hosting the first of our “Paddling Conversations” at Fox River Paddle Sports in Waterford. This is an informal gathering beginning at 5:30pm at which time Sherri Mertz will discuss useful information for “getting started in paddle sports.” Whether you are interested in paddling a kayak, canoe, or stand-up paddleboard, Sherri can answer your questions and give helpful advice on equipment choices and what you need to learn to paddle efficiently, effectively, and safely. There is no cost to join us, and no need for advance registration. Just show up at our rental shed behind the Waterford Library and Village Hall. If you need directions, check the Location page of this website.
If you have already been paddling for awhile, come on by anyway and ask your questions. This is a “conversation”, not a lecture. We will discuss any paddling-related topic of interest to the people who show up.
Hope to see you all this evening!
